Savannah's Bridal

I am completely obsessed with wedding dresses. Did I apply for say yes to the dress? I did. Do I think working in a bridal shop would be so fun? I do. Was wedding dress shopping with my sister one of my favorite days this year? Its was.

I don’t have time to go sell dresses but Bridal Sessions are the next best thing. Actually they may be even better because you get to witness your client see herself as a bride, like full hair and make up, really see herself for the very first time. It’s kind of magical.

I always try and picture my brides before I get there. I make it a game in my mind to see how closely I can envision what they’ll be wearing. I’ve gotten pretty good actually. However not with Savannah… I had her pegged for a fitted white lace, not a mermaid but something with a small train maybe a Champagne underlay and an updo. She blew me away when I got to her session. This dress had one the best elusion neck lines I’ve seen, pinkish undertones and so much glitter! I will forever love this session and Savannah. She has been one of the sweetest humans to work with and I’ve had the best time.

Her portraits took place at her venue, Bradshaw Farm - Boots and Roots and the dress was from David’s Bridal.
