Capturing moments for every season
Mini Sessions with Alison Tapp Photography are crafted to give you both themed options and timeless images that you can enjoy year-round. The sitting fee is just $45, with a non-refundable $25 deposit. Packages start at $125, offering a variety of products to suit your needs. While the sample images represent the general idea for these sessions, your final images will reflect the unique look and editing style seen in my portfolio.
BACK TO SCHOOL
The perfect session to celebrate your kiddo’s coming year. These sessions will feature a dark backdrop and optional “education” related props creating a dynamic look similar to the examples shown. Personalized chalk board overlays featuring your Child’s name, grade, age and some favorites will be available (think about the boards you do on the first day of school).

Doggie Day
Doggie Day has become an absolute favorite. This will be our third year hosting with both Studio and Outdoor options.
Studio sessions will feature a white or pecan backdrop and are geared toward solo pet portraits and individuals/couples with their fur babies.
Outdoor sessions are for the families looking to incorporate their pet in their portraits. We will have a picnic theme going as an option.

Fall
This is our biggest mini event of the year and we’re offering three dates. Fall minis offer both themed options and gorgeous locations to create images to use all year.
Apple Picnic: Location will have open fields with an optional picnic set up. The picnic will be themed with apples and other fall decor.
Lake: These will take place by the water. I’ll have a blanket and some pumpkins but most images will focus on the natural environment.
Leaves and Pumpkins: We will choose a wooded area with lots of fallen leaves to play in. There will be an optional set with mums and pumpkins.

Empowerment
This is a new mini offering this year. These are for women looking to create something that makes them feel beautiful. What that means is totally up to you - everything from lingerie (or not) to a ball gown is welcome. As long as it’s not harmful or offensive the answer is YES QUEEN!
These will be in the studio, I’ll have a white background in addition to the bed and sofa sets.

Holiday
Holiday sessions are so much fun. We are doing two options this year both in studio. The sets will be the same however the feel is completely different. For both dates we will have a sofa and bed set up with trees and lights and props such as string lights, books and presents.
Daytime: This will be done through the use of lighting creating a bright and cheery look. We recommend these for families that would like to be more formal in their dress or just like a bright feel.
Nighttime: Again accomplished through lighting. These are going to be great for PJ sessions or comfy cozy clothes. Twas the night before Christmas will be rigged with lights to create the book photos shown in the examples.

Santa
SANTA IS COMING!!!!
We’ve already checked with the North Pole and Santa is heading back to The Studio. These sessions will take place in Gibsonville NC and be in the same setting as the holiday minis above.
